Katelyn is a U.S. Air Force veteran passionate about helping clients, especially fellow veterans, craft a life they love, starting with where they live! She spent 14 years as a civilian intelligence analyst for the Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security, and brings the same focus, attention to detail, and decisiveness to bat for her real estate clients. A lifelong learner, Katelyn starts with her clients' ultimate goals and creates a creative, tailored plan to get there. Originally from rural Kentucky, she's lived in metros, commuter towns, farming communities, and military cities - and knows the joys and struggles of them all! In her personal time, Katelyn spends time with her husband, daughter, and bonus son, and is usually found on a body of water, preferably in a kayak or on the beach.
