Bill has been managing his own rental property and selling in Richmond and surrounding counties since the early 1990s. Bill has extensive experience in renovating, renting and selling old and historic properties in the City of Richmond. He has lived at his current residence on the Boulevard in the Museum District since 1996.

Prior to joining the Deborah Edgar Real Estate Group in 2018, Courtney enjoyed a successful career in interior design. Through this experience, she gained invaluable knowledge of construction, staging, kitchen and bath renovation, and interior remodeling. Her clients describe her as professional, kind, smart and patient. She is an excellent communicator and negotiation specialist. Courtney strives to see the potential in every home and uses her design eye to share that potential with her clients. Courtney recently earned the NAR official designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Through this arm of her business she has gained the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. Buying and selling in your senior years can be daunting, and Courtney is here to assist with a full package of services to guide seniors into their next home or senior living apartment. Courtney and her husband moved from the near West End to their historically renovated Northside home in 2013. They have two young adult children and a loveable labrador. She has called The River City home since 1983 and knows all areas of Richmond and the surrounding counties like the back of her hand. Courtney has the enthusiasm, professionalism and industry knowledge to best guide you through the business of buying and selling your home.

Meredith previously worked with Deborah as her licensed assistant at RE/MAX Commonwealth for five years. Meredith is originally from Northern Virginia and graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2005 with a Bachelors's in Sociology. She currently lives in Midlothian in Salisbury with her husband, Chris and two children.

Sonya has 11 years of hospitality sales experience and has worked for some of the top luxurious resorts in the country. Sonya joined the Group in May 2018. Her experience in client relations and her attention to detail has made her an integral part of the team. Sonya makes her home in the City.

Sue came to Richmond 20 years ago, recruited by the University of Richmond as Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. She has spent the last 13 years running her own businesses as it relates to youth lacrosse-travel teams, recreational leagues, tournaments and college recruiting placement. Sue looks forward to putting her coaching and relationship building skills to work in assisting clients within the home buying process. Sue and her wife reside in Midlothian with their two youngest daughters. Sue's oldest daughter now works in Charlotte, NC.
Kelly is a 1995 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and has been in Real Estate since 2015. She has worked as a REALTOR®, Real Estate Assistant and Transaction Coordinator in the Richmond area. She is a mother of 3 young adults and spends her time with family, friends and her 3, 4-legged pals, Cody, Ivy & Jax. Kelly has served on her community’s board, and has been an active volunteer in her children’s youth sports, activities and school. Kelly has lived in Richmond for the past 30’something years and resides in the Short Pump/Glen Allen area.
