Real Estate Agent and Principal Broker
After years of experience in traditional, main-stream brokerages, Deborah realized a need for a more customized approach to real estate. Since launching the Deborah Edgar Real Estate Group, it remains her mission to provide the highest level of care and innovative solutions to clients and team members. Combined with in-depth market knowledge, strong negotiating skills and attention to detail, this ensures a mutually rewarding experience for all. When not selling real estate or guiding our team, Deborah enjoys time with family and friends.
Real Estate Agent
Alicia has 18 years of customer service experience focusing on building relationships with clients, cooperating agencies, and the general public. She brings with her a knowledge of construction and renovation practices, property management and marketing experience, as well as her attention to detail and passion for helping others. She is a member of the Rosedale Civic Association and an active volunteer at William Fox Elementary School. She resides in Rosedale with her husband and two children.
Real Estate Agent and Director of Client Relations and Events
Allison has been working with Deborah for the last 5 years and helped launch Deborah Edgar Real Estate Group in 2014. She has over 6 years of experience as a real estate transaction coordinator and marketing manager. She obtained her license and began working with her own clients in 2014. She is now Client and Business Relations Manager for the Group, as well as an active agent. In her spare time Allison loves singing with the Richmond Symphony and working on her own historic property in the Museum District with her husband.
Real Estate Agent
Bill has been managing his own rental property and selling in Richmond and surrounding counties since the early 1990s. Bill has extensive experience in renovating, renting and selling old and historic properties in the City of Richmond. He has lived at his current residence on the Boulevard in the Museum District since 1996.

Prior to joining the Group, Courtney enjoyed a successful design career at Ethan Allen. She also owned and operated an independent interior design business in the Richmond area for more than twenty years. Through these experiences, Courtney gained invaluable knowledge of construction, staging, kitchen and bath renovation, and interior remodeling. Courtney and her husband moved from the near West End to their historically renovated Northside home in 2013.
Administrative Director
Meredith previously worked with Deborah as her licensed assistant at RE/MAX Commonwealth for five years. Meredith is originally from Northern Virginia and graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2005 with a Bachelors's in Sociology. She currently lives in Midlothian in Salisbury with her husband, Chris and two children.

Sonya has 11 years of hospitality sales experience and has worked for some of the top luxurious resorts in the country. Sonya joined the Group in May 2018. Her experience in client relations and her attention to detail has made her an integral part of the team. Sonya makes her home in the City.
